Tombstone Tales
A Wagon Ride Through Enid Cemetery
The Chisholm Trail Coalition sponsored the historical re-enactment tour, "Tombstone Tales," in the historic old Enid Cemetery, located at 212 W. Willow, on the evening of October 15, 2011. Horse-drawn wagons carried the participants around the cemetery, stopping at selected tombstones. Costumed re-enactors appeared from behind the tombstones, portraying real, interesting people who once lived in the Enid area.
